MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF CLARE
REPEAL BY-LAW
BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Municipality of the District of Clare as follows:
1. TITLE
This By-law shall be cited as the Repeal By-law.
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this By-law is to repeal certain by-laws of the Municipality of the District of Clare
deemed by Council to be out-dated or other wise no longer necessary.
Therefore, be it resolved that the following by-laws are hereby repealed:
- By-law No. 04 – Payment of Councillors
- By-law No. 15 – Destruction of Certain Documents
- By-law No. 19 – Instalment Billing
- By-law No. 22 – Recreation Committee
- By-law No. 29 – Improvement and Takeover of Private Roads
3. AUTHORITY
This By-Law is enacted by the Council of the Municipality of the District of Clare pursuant to the
authority granted under the Municipal Government Act, R.S.N.S 1998, c.18.
4. REPEAL
By-Law No. 26 – Repeal and any amendment thereto of the Municipality of the District of Clare
is hereby repealed.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the forgoing is a true and correct copy of the Repeal By-law,
adopted and in full force in the Municipality of the District of Clare.
